Step 1. how to change themes

Download UXTheme Patch for
Windows 7 Beta 1 Build 7000

It will Patch Your three file located here C:\Windows\system32\

Locate following three files

uxtheme.dll

themeui.dll

shsvcs.dll

Now after patch Reboot Your Windows 7


OPen windows Download eindows 7 thems from here

Download any of them


copy themes folder to:-

C:\Windows\Resources\Themes

Now Go to personalize- select your added theme and save it.
